The training department conducts short training programs, workshops, and seminars for female fresh graduates, existing and future women entrepreneurs through carefully selected service providers with subsidized fees.; this is besides conducting tailored training programs upon request.
The training department provides technical training on sewing, needlework, porcelain, packaging vegetables, etc.

The departments sells CDs of computer programs that train on word, excel, PowerPoint, and Internet at reasonable prices.
